Responsibilities and assignments
- Design and improve training programs from needs assessment to delivery, ensuring engaging and user-centered learning experiences.
- Create diverse learning content, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, interactive simulations, job aids, and instructor-led materials.
- Facilitate clear and empathetic communication among stakeholders across different areas.
- Champion a user-centric approach, prioritizing the best possible learning experience.
- Manage learning projects, prioritize demands, and deliver high-impact solutions, regardless of methodology.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows, solving problems, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Integrate learning technologies and platforms, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop a strategic vision for learning products, aligning educational solutions with AB InBev’s objectives and culture.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives reflect company values and goals.
- Stay current with learning trends, organizational culture, and best practices.
Requirements and qualifications
- Experience in creating, editing, and managing learning content in various formats (e.g., online courses, videos, presentations, and interactive elements).
- Strategic vision for developing and evolving educational solutions aligned with business needs.
- Familiarity with learning technology systems (LMS/LXP), e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), and third-party content platforms (e.g., Udemy, Coursera).
- Deep understanding of organizational culture, particularly within AB InBev.
- Strong mediation skills, with a user-centric and innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Availability to work on-site in Campinas.
