We are looking for a professional, qualified and enthusiastic individual to take up a full-time position of an Administrator, Office Management to support our well established team in_ _Brazil.
Home-Based position in Brazil

You will be responsible for:
- Primary contact person for accounting and administrative matters for Employees in Brazil
- Manage Grants reports for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru; prepare and upload it; coordinate issuance of Grant invoices for the region,
- Manage administrative tasks, including meetings, events, business travel bookings, calendar management and minute taking,
- Office management, including purchasing office supplies, coordinating maintenance / repairs and liaising with vendors,
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective running of building and facilities,
- Prepare Accounts Payable list to be booked by external accountants according to corporate / group reporting rules,
- Enter payments in banking website and coordinate bank approval (vendors, employee expenses, employee benefits, taxes, payroll, regulatory, etc.),
- Send remittances / proof of payments to vendors and employees,
- Cash planning; reconcile monthly bank statement and manage corporate credit cards,
- Provide support on : monthly G&A accruals; monthly General Ledger reconciliations; accounting matters and corporate / group reporting rules; and annual budget process as requested,
- Out of Pocket expenses : prepare and upload reports, coordinate issuance of OOP invoices, reconcile OOP expenses with accounting records, calculate monthly OOP accruals and liaison with OOP global department.
Qualifications
- Full working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese :
- Intermediate English
- Previous basic accounting and administrative experience is a must
- Previous experience in an international environment is desired
- Bachelor degree or in process education in Finance or Accounting is a must
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Well-developed communication skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work with varied tasks / responsibilities
- Problem-solving, ability to take initiative and act proactively
- Discreet, trustworthy and able to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
