A virtual assistance company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support. You will coordinate schedules, maintain communication with teams, and manage various tasks in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates should have 1 year of related experience, excellent English skills, and strong organizational abilities. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling based on U.S. time zones.

Responsabilidades

  • Organize schedules, book meetings, and keep calendars updated.
  • Review, prioritize, and organize emails professionally.
  • Monitor tasks and deadlines using project management tools.
  • Prepare reports, take meeting notes, and maintain organized digital files.
  • Communicate with clients and teams via email, chat, and phone.
  • Support with gathering information and summarizing findings.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and support tasks.

Job Title

Administrative Assistant

Pay Rates

Part‑Time Monthly Rates: $800 – $1,280 (20 hours per week)

Full‑Time Monthly Rates: $1,600 – $2,560 (40 hours per week)

Hourly rate range: $10 – $16 depending on experience. Rates are non‑negotiable.

Work Schedule

Schedules vary by client and will be in U.S. time zone. All clients are in the U.S. and schedules are based on the client’s requested schedule.

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and customer service support, coordinate schedules, maintain communication with internal and external teams, and manage tasks in a dynamic environment.

Job Tasks
  • Calendar Management: Organize schedules, book meetings, and keep calendars up to date.
  • Email Management: Review, prioritize, and organize emails professionally.
  • Task Tracking: Monitor tasks and deadlines using project management tools.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, take meeting notes, and maintain organized digital files.
  • Customer Support: Communicate with clients and teams via email, chat, and phone as needed.
  • Research Assistance: Support with gathering information and summarizing findings when required.
  • General Admin: Assist with ad‑hoc administrative and support tasks as assigned.
