Overview

As an Accounting Analyst at Insider, you will contribute to the Finance & Business Support Team by ensuring accurate and compliant financial operations, supporting statutory reporting, audits, and intercompany processes. You will be part of a growing, fast-paced startup environment that values initiative and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
• Support statutory reporting, audits, and tax filings in collaboration with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Process and follow up invoice transactions and ensure that all vendor invoices are booked to the correct cost centers.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow and process intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Utilize e-invoice and e-archive invoices effectively.
• Support tax declaration process and fixed asset management; handle currency transactions as needed.
• Provide documents, data, and support to other teams; assist Finance Manager with accounting topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of solid professional experience in accounting, tax, and finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Proactive and self-directed with the ability to take initiative.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures; CPA is a plus.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.
• English – Advanced.
