What you’ll do

Garantir a execução das rotinas contábeis em conformidade com as exigências legais e normas internas para apuração dos elementos necessários à elaboração de demonstrações contábeis, atendimento a auditoria interna e / ou fiscalizações.

• Análise de resultado e centro de custos;
• Conciliações Mensais;
• Garantir o correto report mensal (fechamento);
• Elaboração e report.
• das DF's anuais e trimestrais para auditoria interna;
• Controle e contabilização das eliminações operações;
• Intercompany;
• Conversão e consolidação das demonstrações contábeis;
• Apuração / cálculo de equivalência patrimonial;
• Análise / controle de investimentos;
• Garantir o correto report do SPED no prazo legal;
• Apoio a equipe Fiscal na apuração do IRPJ / CSLL e Diferido e suas compensações;
• Apoio equipe fiscal na apuração de impostos e report das obrigações fiscais;
• Controle e contabilização Stock Option;
• Líder dos projetos da área;
• Aplicação de CPC's / IFRS (principalmente CPC 15; CPC 06, CPC 27, CPC 10, CPC 36);
• Elaboração de políticas contábeis (Brasil e Exterior) de acordo com normas vigentes;
• Cumprir prazo de fechamento mensal (Brasil e Exterior);
• Garantir a correto report do resultado e centro de custo (Brasil e Exterior);
• Cumprir prazo de entrega legal das obrigações contábeis e apoio equipe fiscal;

Minimum Qualifications

• Experiência avançada na área de contabilidade;
• Formação em contabilidade;
• Inglês Intermediário;
