In this role, you will manage and develop relationships with clients and help them achieve business goals, contribute to the team performance delivering against quarterly business goals. You will deliver against assigned customer goals, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent on‑boarding experience to Google's advertisers, and work with colleagues in New Business Sales (NBS) and Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales to deliver seamless customer on‑boarding. You will implement ways to improve the customer relationships, tailor and share performance‑enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products. You will communicate with customers via phone and email and provide advice, help our advertisers get the best return on their advertising investment by working with them in a consultative role.

  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating them into campaign strategies.
  • Build and pitch data‑driven solutions to improve customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and achieve business growth goals.
