Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in F&B & culinary operations.
• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitutes, regulate oven temperatures, and maintain food quality.
• Pull items from freezer and thaw properly, ensure correct portions and garnishes.
• Prepare and cook according to recipes and checklists; maintain food logs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff.
• Communicate menu specials and out-of-stock items to staff.
