Job summary

• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling and coaching staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; report maintenance needs.
• Communicate menu specials and out-of-stock items to staff.
• Ensure quality and presentation of food; handle cold foods.
• Stand and move; lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
