• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and regulate oven temperatures.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain food logs and ensure proper portioning, garnish, and cold foods.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees.
• Follow safety, security and company policies; uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.
• Communicate needs during busy periods and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
