The role includes assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, while upholding safety policies and maintaining professional appearance. Candidates should have at least 3 years of related experience and a technical or vocational degree.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare special meals or substitute items per recipes and standards.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to ensure quality.
• Pull foods from storage and thaw properly; ensure correct portions and presentation.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality/quantity of prepared items.
• Inform Chef of excess items and assist with daily specials; communicate menu and stock changes.
• Follow safety policies, report maintenance and safety issues; ensure uniform and professional appearance.
• Develop positive relationships with staff, support team goals, and address concerns.
• Stand or move for extended periods; handle light lifting as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
