Job summary

Qualifications

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

Prepare meals and substitute items following recipes and quality standards.
Regulate oven, broiler, grill, and roaster temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
Thaw, portion, and garnish food; maintain food logs and monitor quality.
Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items during service.
Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching.
Follow safety, security, and company policies; report hazards and incidents.
Maintain clean, professional appearance and protect company assets.
Communicate clearly and professionally; support team to reach goals.
Stand for long periods; move and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
