GE Vernova is seeking a Sales Manager (Grid Automation) to drive orders and CCM in the Saudi cluster, covering Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. You will lead GTM plans, pricing, and proposals while coordinating with GA Tendering, Operations, Growth, and Sales Operations to achieve targets.

You will target and close Bahrain and Pakistan opportunities, develop pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win complex deals in the GCC region.

Formación

• Engineering degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of technical experience in Grid Automation.
• Experience in GCC/KSA market.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy and execution: formulate and execute proposal strategies, including deal structuring and pricing.
• Sales growth: target and close deals Bahrain and Pakistan, build pipelines.
• Collaboration: act as GA interface for Sales and Commercial teams with cross-functional partners.
• Commercial expertise: leverage product lines and market dynamics to drive opportunities.
• Problem solving and leadership: address day-to-day issues and mentor junior staff.
