Job summary

Hitachi Energy Technologies W.L.L. in Bahrain seeks a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth across Grid Integration and Renewable Energy portfolios.

You will lead strategic sales initiatives, develop opportunities from lead to contract, and deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions while building strong customer relationships with utilities, consultants and EPCs. On-site role, English fluent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 10–12 years of experience in power transmission, distribution and industry segments.
• Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hitachi Energy's Grid Integration portfolio.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through lead generation and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans using CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, Power BI).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities, with focus on renewable energy markets.
