Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation in Bahrain is seeking an Associate Engineer - Sales Admin (Bahraini National) to support sales administration, maintain opportunities in YODA, review orders, and coordinate with regional teams.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional teams, channel partners, and audits, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvements to help drive the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities to maintain and validate sales opportunities, forecasts, and probabilities in YODA and related systems.
• Review order documents and complete order transfer to OH.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Country Managers, Business Units, Proposal teams, Finance, and Channel Partners for timely updates.
• Support Channel Partner management, including monthly reviews, target monitoring, and onboarding.
• Monitor proposal and approval workflows, including GM sheets and approval matrices.
• Maintain documentation for internal audits, compliance reviews, and sales-process requirements.
• Organize meetings, prepare minutes and action trackers, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Assist in improving sales administration processes, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
