Job summary

Pramac, a Generac Company, seeks a General Manager to lead the Gulf region with P&L responsibility, overseeing Bahrain manufacturing and regional sales initiatives. You will drive market growth, build a local team, and align operations with strategic goals.

The role requires deep experience in industrial leadership, power-generation knowledge, and a track record of scaling businesses in the Gulf with a focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales management, and operational leadership within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of the power generation industry, including diesel and gas generator sets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and complex business operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain with a strong focus on market growth and customer acquisition.
• Build, lead, and develop the local sales organization and channel partner network.
• Position the “Made in Saudi” product portfolio and integrate imported solutions into a unified commercial offering.
• Lead the setup and operational management of the Bahrain manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Manage full Profit & Loss responsibility across sales and production operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams to align production capacity with market demand.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all areas of the business.
