Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Bahrain seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth in Grid Integration, FACTS, and BESS offerings. You will lead opportunity development, engage stakeholders, and deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions across lifecycle stages.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong English communication, and a track record in regional or global sales strategies for power transmission and grid modernization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years in power transmission/distribution.
• Knowledge of Substations, FACTS, Prefabricated/Containerized Substations, Power Quality Solutions & BESS.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy integration and grid modernization solutions.
• Proven experience developing and executing sales/market development strategies.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, including opportunity management, bid management, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hitachi Energy's Grid Integration portfolio and areas of focus.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through lead generation and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions through the sales lifecycle.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans using CRM and reporting tools.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with customers, consultants, EPCs, utilities, partners, and stakeholders.
• Uphold Hitachi Energy's safety and integrity values and ensure policy compliance.
