Qualificações

• Native or fluent Turkish required for customer interactions.
• Proficient English to collaborate in an international team.
• EU passport required for relocation to Bulgaria.
• Strong problem-solving and a customer-service mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, real-time support to the Turkish-speaking player community across Supercell’s diverse gaming portfolio.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and account queries with precision and professionalism.
• Act as the voice of the player by escalating bugs and feature requests to the development teams within the Gaming & Esports industry.
• Maintain a deep understanding of game mechanics, seasonal updates, and community trends to offer expert guidance.
• Contribute to the positive culture of our Gaming & Esports hub by participating in team briefings and training sessions.
• Ensure that all interactions align with the high-quality communication standards expected of a top-tier Gaming & Esports publisher.
• Collect and analyze player feedback to assist in refining the overall user experience for the Turkish market.
• Proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team and report to management.
