Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class player support via chat, email, and social channels.
• Resolve technical inquiries, account concerns, and gameplay questions.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Supercell and maintain high industry standards.
• Escalate recurring bugs or player feedback trends to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and events to assist players accurately.
• Document all player interactions in the CRM for reporting and analytics.
