TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking passionate Back Office Gaming Support Specialists to join our Game Support Team in Sofia. You will assist players with issues, focus on delivering an outstanding experience, and relay feedback to the relevant teams.

This role requires fluency in French and good English, gaming experience, and a desire to help players. We offer relocation support, up to 30 days accommodation, a relocation bonus, and full training.

• Fluency in French and good command of English.
• Gaming experience and ability to relate to a player’s mindset.
• Empathy and understanding of players’ perspectives.
• Understanding of Player Support operations.
• Willingness to help players and contribute to team success.
