Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Player Support Specialist for relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria. You will provide high-quality support via email, chat, and voice, while deepening knowledge of Gaming & Esports titles to resolve complex inquiries.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) required.
• Genuine interest in Gaming & Esports industry.
• EU passport holders eligible for relocation to Sofia.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to a global gaming community via email, chat, and voice channels.
• Maintain deep expertise in current Gaming & Esports titles to troubleshoot inquiries.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate bugs to development teams.
• Manage player accounts with focus on security, verification, and fair-play standards.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, timely communication reflecting brand identity.
• Collaborate with international team to enhance knowledge bases and support workflows for French-speaking markets.
