Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a French Speaking Player Support Specialist in Bulgaria. You'll provide technical and account support to a global gamer community via email, chat and voice channels, while staying current on Gaming & Esports titles to troubleshoot inquiries.

Relocation to Sofia is supported; you will work in an international team, escalating bugs when needed and upholding security and fair-play standards with professional, brand-aligned communication.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Genuine interest in Gaming & Esports industry.
• EU passport required for relocation to Sofia.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and high-tech environment comfort.
• Proactive customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to gamers via email, chat, and voice.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and deepen knowledge of gaming titles to resolve issues.
• Escalate bugs to development teams when needed for quick fixes.
• Manage player accounts with emphasis on security and fair play.
• Deliver professional, empathetic communication reflecting brand identity.
• Collaborate with international team to enhance knowledge bases for French markets.
