Salesforce Belgium seeks a Strategic Professional Services Account Partner to lead advisory and implementation offerings across the Belgian market, engaging executive customers to set goals and ignite the full value of the Salesforce platform.

You will orchestrate account plans, collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Customer Success, and lead C-level engagements on transformative AI strategies to drive growth and margin in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in professional services, consultative sales, or project delivery across industries.
• Visionary selling: guide customers through value realization and structured programs.
• Negotiation excellence: lead value-led pitches and terms aligned with margin targets.
• Team selling DNA: collaborate with account team and partners to drive customer success.
• Language: fluency in English and Dutch mandatory; French preferred for Belgian market.

Responsabilités

• Act as Strategic Business Architect and trusted advisor, driving value realization for Belgian enterprises.
• Own account planning and define roadmaps, close transformation gaps, and drive annual services bookings.
• Collaborate across License Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success to develop professional services propositions.
• Present compelling visions and AI strategies to C-Suite stakeholders; ensure accurate forecasting and YOY growth.
