Capgemini is seeking a Senior Client Partner to accelerate growth in the Belgian Public Sector. You will manage strategic accounts, win new business, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior public sector leaders on technology, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and transformation programs.

You will lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams, shape bids, and drive profitable growth while expanding client value across government, utilities, healthcare, and other public entities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, business development, or client partner roles.
• Proven success selling complex consulting, technology, or transformation services.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement environments and buying processes.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior public sector stakeholders.
