Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Business Development and Sales experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven track record in winning large-scale transformation deals and complex engagements.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Belgian Banking sales strategy and pipeline.
• Lead multinational pursuit teams and manage end-to-end deal cycles from qualification to close.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and cross-functional Capgemini teams.
