The role emphasizes collaboration with experienced colleagues and clients, with a focus on delivering meaningful, sustainable impact across government and public institutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 2–5 years in strategic/management consulting focusing on public sector.
• Experience in strategy development, transformation, or process improvement.
• Proactive and collaborative approach with clients and projects.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of a management strategy in the public sector.
• Contribute to design and improvement of operational processes and ways of working.
• Analyze organizations and translate findings into insights and recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support client engagements.
• Participate in transformation and change projects.
• Contribute to growth of Public Sector practice by shaping services and market trends.
