Randstad Digital Belgium seeks a Client Partner to lead and grow our Banking vertical. You will own a portfolio of strategic banking relationships and shape our growth agenda across the sector, engaging senior executives and technology leaders to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

You will drive growth with a focus on trust, relevance, and executive-level engagement, building long-term client value and leading a high-performing team of account managers and IT professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT services, technology consulting, or a comparable client-facing leadership role.
• Experience developing enterprise relationships and growing complex accounts.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute growth strategy for the Banking vertical.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and convert strategic opportunities across new and existing clients.
• Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity shaping through negotiation and closure.
• Connect Belgian clients with Randstad Digital’s European and global capabilities.
• Develop and empower a team of Account Managers, recruiters and IT professionals.
• Take ownership of portfolio performance, P&L and long-term client value.
