Cytiva is seeking a Lab Filtration and OEM Specialist to drive OEM/custom Lab filtration initiatives across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The role is fully remote, focusing on both biotech and academic customers, with strong emphasis on new and recurring business.

You will work with Discovery Sales Leaders to shape direct and indirect strategies, travel to customer sites, train distributors, and push for growth in key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in filtration applications and products.
• Willingness to travel within the region with occasional overnight stays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsabilités

• Create end user demand for Lab Filtration in direct and indirect channels.
• Spend at least 70% of time in the field.
• Motivate and support distributors to promote Lab Filtration ranges.
• Negotiate sales and close deals with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain extensive Cytiva product knowledge.
• Actively use CRM (Salesforce.com) for transparent customer management.
• Analyze customer data to tailor financially sound sales solutions.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
