Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Lab Filtration and OEM Specialist to drive standard and custom lab filtration sales across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, focusing on biotech, academic, pharma and industrial customers. The role reports to the European Lab Filtration Sales Manager and emphasizes new and recurring custom business.

• Degreed professional with experience from the field of filtration applications, products and preferably +3 years of consultative sales experience.
• Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays plus valid driving license.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in working with distributors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive the Discovery Lab Filtration OEM/Custom business across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Work with DAM/Discovery Sales Specialists to manage direct and indirect strategy for Lab Filtration support and training.
• Create end-user demand and spend 70% of time in the field; motivate distributors in named key accounts.
• Negotiate sales, close deals, and interface with direct users and decision makers; maintain product knowledge.
• Use CRM to ensure transparency and total customer management; analyze data for financially sound solutions.

Lab Filtration and OEM Specialist is responsible for driving the Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration business for standard and custom ranges in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg with a strong focus on new and reoccurring Custom business to our biotech, academic, pharma and industrial customers.

This position reports to the European Lab Filtration Sales Manager and is part of the Lab Filtration business unit and will be fully remote to cover Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg

• You will be also responsible to work with the DAM/Discovery Sales Specialists to manage direct and indirect strategy for Lab Filtration -support, motivate, train.
• Create end user demand for both direct and indirect customers and spend at least 70% of time in the field
• Motivate, encourage and support distributors to promote Lab filtration ranges in named key accounts
• Sales negotiation and deal closure, interfacing with all key buying influencers such as direct users and decision makers
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of Cytiva and competitive products
• Actively use CRM system (Salesforce.com) to ensure transparency and total customer management
• Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions
• Demonstrated ability for prioritization and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience of presentations to promote new business growth.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Experience in working with distributors preferred
