Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Lab Filtration and OEM Specialist to drive Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The role is fully remote with heavy field activity and travel to key accounts and distributors.

You will develop end-user demand, train distributors, negotiate deals, and maintain deep Cytiva product knowledge while using Salesforce for opportunity management.

Qualifications

• Degreed professional with experience in filtration applications or related sales.
• Willingness to travel within BENELUX with occasional overnight stays.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database usage.
• Experience working with distributors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create end-user demand and spend ~70% of time in the field.
• Motivate and support distributors to promote Lab filtration ranges.
• Negotiate sales and close deals with key influencers.
• Maintain high product knowledge of Cytiva and competitors.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) for transparent customer management.
• Analyze customer data to develop financially sound sales solutions.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
