Cytiva is seeking a Lab Filtration and OEM Specialist to drive the Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration business across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The role is fully remote to cover the three countries, with a strong emphasis on field activity and customer engagements.

The successful candidate will have +3 years in filtration-related sales, be comfortable traveling, and possess strong CRM and presentation skills to grow new business and support distributors.

Qualifications

• Degreed professional with experience in filtration applications, products and consultative sales.
• Ability to travel within geographic region with occasional overnight stays and valid driving license.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills with ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Drive Lab Filtration and OEM/Custom Lab filtration business in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Spend at least 70% of time in the field engaging direct and indirect customers.
• Motivate and support distributors to promote Lab filtration ranges in key accounts.
• Negotiate sales and close deals with direct users and decision makers.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge of Cytiva and competitors.
• Use CRM systems (Salesforce) for total customer management and transparency.
• Analyze customer data to craft financially sound solutions.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Deliver presentations to promote new business growth.
