Cytiva is seeking a Lab Filtration OEM Specialist to drive the Discovery Cytiva OEM/Custom Lab filtration business across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The role is fully remote with a strong field emphasis to reach biotech, academic, pharma and industrial customers.

You will work with DAM/Discovery Sales Specialists, manage distributors, and develop high-impact sales strategies while expanding Cytiva’s market share in the region.

Qualifications

• Degreed professional with experience in filtration applications, products and consultative sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the geographic region with occasional overnight stays and valid driving license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask and work independently or with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with distributors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Lab Filtration OEM/Custom strategy for Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg; train and motivate sales partners.
• Generate end-user demand and spend at least 70% of time in the field.
• Motivate distributors to promote Lab Filtration ranges in key accounts.
• Negotiate deals and close sales with direct users and decision makers.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of Cytiva and competitive products.
• Actively use Salesforce CRM for transparent customer management.
• Analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Deliver compelling presentations to promote new business growth.
