Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform installation, maintenance and repairs at customer sites in Belgium. You will contribute to reliability improvements and collaborate with the TAC and field services teams to ensure fast, effective service.

The role requires a technical degree and fluency in English, Dutch and French, with travel across countries and a valid B license. A remote work arrangement is available for eligible tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electronic direction.
• Fluent English, Dutch and French.
• Valid driving license B.
• Ability to carry up to 25 kg and travel for product training in different countries.

Responsabilités

• Visiting customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades.
• Providing input to improve product reliability and feedback to business units and field services.
• Cooperate with the Technical Assistance Centre Support Team to ensure smooth processes and information flow.
• Work closely with Sales teams to ensure good communication for opportunities and escalations.
