Job summary

Mirantis seeks a Senior Sales Engineer for Enterprise AI Infrastructure, remote in Europe. You will own technical relationships with CTOs and platform teams, translate regulatory constraints into deployable architectures, and lead PoCs across OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Enterprise AI offerings.

You’ll drive trusted engagements in regulated industries, shepherding opportunities from discovery to expansion while shaping product and GTM with field insights.

Qualifications

• 12 years combined experience across infrastructure engineering and solutions architecture / sales engineering.
• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in France or other French-speaking countries in Europe.
• Hands-on experience designing or operating Kubernetes and/or OpenStack-based systems in production.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles for infrastructure or cloud platforms.
• Experience managing accounts in regulated industries (banking/FSI, telecom, government, pharma/manufacturing) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with CTOs, platform teams, and infrastructure leaders.
• Architect real solutions by translating customer constraints into deployable architectures across our offerings.
• Lead PoCs: deploy the platform, prototype AI workloads, debug live, and show operational reality.
• Tell the story: convert infrastructure complexity into a narrative for CIOs and platform engineers.
• Build and protect the account: ensure technical continuity from discovery to expansion in regulated environments.
• Win net-new: drive credibility to greenfield opportunities across regulated verticals.
• Shape what we build: feed field insight back into product and GTM.
