Alan Belgium is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to strengthen Enterprise and Public sector Sales. You will lead Pre-Sales on the most complex deals, align cross-functional teams, and help customers understand how Alan’s platform delivers value.

Based in Belgium, you’ll collaborate with France and global teams to scale our playbook. You will advocate for customer needs, influence product roadmap, and support RFP submissions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Fluent in Dutch or French (written and spoken).
• Based in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate Pre-Sales strategy on the most complex deals.
• Listen to prospects and translate needs into Alan capabilities.
• Assess functional alignment and contribute to RFP submissions with Sales, Insurance and Product experts.
• Join the customer acquisition journey to evangelize Alan’s services and products.
• Be voice of the customer to feed Alan’s platform roadmap.
• Prepare handover for onboardings and coordinate complex customer onboarding.
