Fujitsu seeks a Forward Deployed Senior Manager for Europe Wayfinders to lead AI-enabled transformation engagements across Benelux. You will embed with senior client teams, bridge engineering and consulting, and drive AI initiatives from concept to production.

You will design MVPs, select appropriate AI platforms, ensure security and regulatory alignment (EU AI Act), and guide delivery across complex enterprise environments with a focus on measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a software/AI engineer or technical delivery lead.
• Proven track record delivering production AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms and security/privacy considerations.

Responsabilités

• Embed with client teams to understand workflows and success metrics.
• Translate AI use cases into MVPs and production-ready solutions.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery from discovery to deployment.
• Design and build AI-enabled systems with platform-agnostic approaches.
• Ensure observability, operational readiness and handover to maintenance teams.
• Mentor teams and contribute to capability development and reusable patterns.
