AI-BLOX is seeking its first commercial hire to drive European growth from Brussels. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from opening conversations to closing deals, with regular travel across Europe and customer-facing leadership with founders.

You’ll engage engineers and executives, refine the go-to-market, and turn pilots into production roll-outs. This role shapes our market entry and requires a hands-on, self-starter approach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B technology sales and business development.
• Ability to own the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Comfort discussing ROI with C-suite and engineers alike.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and markets and build on existing customers.
• Own the pipeline end to end: prospecting, discovery, pilots, negotiation and close.
• Turn pilots into production roll-outs and scale with a repeatable playbook.
• Be the voice of AI-BLOX with customers, partners and at industry events.
