Volvo Trucks is seeking multilingual customer service advisors to support European breakdowns. The role focuses on owning the customer experience across multilingual communications, coordinating with dealers, and updating customers with progress.

You will join a 24/7 operation spanning Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK), Bucharest (Romania) and Johannesburg (South Africa). A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential.

• Fluent in English and German (written and verbal).
