Volvo Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support customers across Europe in Spanish and Portuguese. You will work in a dynamic, multilingual, 24/7 environment, coordinating breakdown assistance and keeping customers informed throughout the case lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese with strong English skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Responsabilités

• Receive and manage incoming assistance requests from customers, drivers, dealers, and workshops.
• Gather information through diagnostic questioning to assess urgency.
• Open, coordinate and monitor cases using Volvo Group systems and processes.
• Arrange roadside assistance, towing, repairs, and other support services.
• Communicate proactively with customers and stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle.
• Collaborate with dealers, technicians and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation per quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Work in an international, multilingual environment with strong teamwork.
