Volvo Action Service (VAS) is seeking multilingual advisors to support customers with international breakdowns across Europe. You will own the breakdown process, liaise with dealers, and keep customers informed with progress.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and teamwork in a 24/7, multinational environment across Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK), Bucharest (Romania) and Johannesburg (South Africa).

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, French and Italian.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operation and across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with international breakdowns and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain regular dialogue with the dealer performing repairs and update customers on progress.
• Use proactive and creative problem-solving to assist customers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver excellent service.
