Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese to support European customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming assistance requests from customers and dealers.
• Gather information to understand vehicle issues.
• Open, coordinate, and monitor cases using Volvo Group systems.
• Coordinate roadside assistance, towing and repairs.
• Provide timely updates and manage customer expectations.
• Collaborate with dealers, technicians, and internal teams for quick resolutions.
• Ensure accurate case documentation per quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment focused on teamwork.
