Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, German and English; French would be a plus.
• Experience in customer service is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Based in Ghent, Belgium or willing to relocate (relocation package offered).

Responsibilities

• Manage breakdown cases across Europe.
• Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and follow defined breakdown processes.
• Handle ad hoc tasks.
• Be available for 24/7 shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends.
