Approach Belgium is seeking an IT Support Specialist to onboard users, configure devices, and manage support tickets. You will maintain hardware inventories and assist with software licenses, while collaborating with teams to resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

You will work in a multilingual setting (French, English; Dutch a plus) and participate in knowledge sharing, documentation, and IT migrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT Helpdesk/Technical Support.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Fluent French; daily English usage; Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Onboard users and configure workstations and devices.
• Manage IT helpdesk tickets via the ticketing system and communicate status.
• Maintain hardware inventory, assets, and software licenses.
