Qualifications

• Onsite assistance with on-site support across devices and peripherals.
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot common desktop environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line and on-site technical support for end users across desktop and laptop environments.
• Act as a single point of contact for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Deliver prompt and effective support through in-person assistance, phone, or remote access.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Office and other desktop applications.
• Install and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and Mac devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Provide technical support for self-service kiosks, ticketing machines, payment terminals, and scanning devices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to specialized hardware used in operational environments.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs.
• Ensure systems and devices are maintained to optimal performance levels.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of support requests while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Document issues, solutions, and technical procedures as part of the support process.
