D-ploy is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support in Ghent, Belgium. You will handle hardware, software, and device issues in a dynamic client environment.

Fluent English is required, Dutch/Flemish or French a strong advantage. 2+ years of IT support experience and familiarity with ServiceNow will help you succeed. This role offers professional development and a friendly, international team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, desktop, or onsite support.
• Strong troubleshooting in Windows environments.
• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch/Flemish or French a plus.
• Willing to work outside standard hours when needed.
• Clean criminal record extract (recent).

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level onsite IT support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support user onboarding, equipment setup, and standard workplace technologies.
• Document activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Work closely with internal IT teams and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of issues and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Provide professional and customer-focused support to end users.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement.
