Bridge351 is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Belgium to handle incident analysis, provide first and second-line on-site support, and manage desktop and mobile device issues. You will document procedures and contribute to the knowledge base while collaborating with system and database teams.

The role requires strong English and French, excellent communication, and solid MS Office/Windows 11 skills, with ITIL V4 Foundation certification or a plan to obtain it within 3 months.

Competenze

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in IT Support.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Highly autonomous with broad IT skills, problem solving and analysis.
• Strong MS Office and Windows 11 proficiency.
• Experience with desktops, laptops, smartphones and tablets, plus video conferencing.
• Good understanding of mobile devices platforms and apps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in a high-demand environment.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certified (or must complete within 3 months of start).
• Knowledge of Jira, Azure and Service Now is a plus.

Mansioni

• Analyze incidents and act as first and second-line liaison to maximize first call resolution.
• Provide on-site IT support at first and second line.
• Record and track incident, problem and request information.
• Participate in reconfiguration/installation of the PC environment.
• Document operational procedures and draft technical content for knowledge base.
• Participate in testing and administration of applications.
• Liaise with system and database administration for execution of tasks.
