Job summary

FTI Consulting Belgium SRL seeks an IT Support Advisor to provide trusted end-user assistance, desktop and mobile device support, and collaboration technology assistance from the Brussels office. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and cross‑team coordination.

The role requires ITIL-aligned incident handling, strong communication in English and either French or Dutch, and experience with Windows environments, SCCM, and Ivanti.

Qualifications

• Should have technical certification credentials like Network+ or Security+, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Relevant years of experience in a mid to large enterprise company.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), planning, organization, and administrative skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Experience with Windows Servers, AD, Group Policy, O365 and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Experience providing on-call support via voice and remote access tools.
• Solid experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems, desktop/laptop hardware, and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line end user support, onsite and remotely, with ITIL-aligned incident management.
• Log, prioritize, and resolve tickets in ServiceNow and meet SLAs.
• Configure, deploy and support end user devices (laptops, peripherals, mobile).
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, asset handover and shipments.
• Support meeting rooms and collaboration tech, including video conferencing.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and assist with mobile device management.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
