Job summary

BCIC Swiss GmbH, also known as Best Connect International Company, is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a full-time on-site role in Belgium. You will deliver 1st and 2nd line on-site support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and assist with Windows and Office configurations.

The ideal candidate has several years of IT user support experience, strong hardware/software knowledge, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Currently residing in or near Belgium.
• Valid Belgium work permit.
• Fluent in local language; good English communication.
• Several years in IT user support or service desk.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Support business applications and IT-related user issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors when required.
• Support network, server, telecom, and other IT environments as needed.
