Job summary

FTI Consulting in Brussels seeks an IT Support Advisor to deliver first- and second-line end user support across sites. You will handle incidents, manage devices, On/Offboarding, and assist with meetings and AV setups.

Qualifications

• Technical certification credentials like Network+ or Security+ or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Experience in a mid to large enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication, planning, organisation and admin skills.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, Group Policy and O365.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line end user support onsite and remotely.
• Log, prioritise and resolve tickets; operate with ITIL practices and SLAs.
• Own incidents to resolution with escalation only as needed.
• Configure and support end user devices (laptops, peripherals, mobile).
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, asset handover and shipment.
• Provide onsite IT support including desk setups and moves.
• Support meeting rooms, AV, and live meetings.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and mobility device management.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors on issues.
• Follow runbooks, contribute to knowledge articles, identify recurring issues.
