Candidates should have over 4 years of IT support experience, fluent in both English and French, with strong technical skills in problem-solving, MS Office, and end user devices.

You will provide on-site support, document procedures, and contribute to application testing in a modern work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in IT Support.
• ITIL V4 Foundation Certified (or certification must be passed within 3 months).
• Experience with support for desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.

Responsabilités

• Analyse incidents and provide first and second-line customer support.
• Record and track incident, problem, and request information.
• Participate in reconfiguration/installation of the PC environment.
