Editx is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic Technical Resource Group. You will provide 1st and 2nd line on-site user support across hardware and software, handling incidents, problems and service requests with rapid resolutions.

The role offers flexible assignments at different locations with on-site at key customers or mobile deployments in Brussels region, focusing on Windows 10 issues, SCCM staging, and hardware setup.

Qualifications

• Basic hardware/software break-fix experience.
• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line on-site user support.
• Familiarity with incident/problem/service request handling.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st and 2nd line on-site user support.
• Analyse incidents, problems & service requests, propose solutions and help implementing them.
• Escalate and follow up as needed.
• Organise, analyse and handle tickets in the IT ticketing tool.
• Prepare new and repaired hardware and stage laptops/PCs with SCCM.

We are always looking for IT Support Engineers to join our dynamic Technical Resource Group team.

You can choose to have different assignments at different locations with several of our customers as a mobile engineer or you can choose to be on-site based at one of our key customers.

For our mobile positions we're looking for people in the Brussels area and the Brussels-Antwerp area.

What you will do

Working as part of a dynamic team you will be providing 1st and 2nd line on-site user support. This includes analyse incidents, problems & service requests, propose solutions and help implementing them. You will also be responsible for any escalation and follow up.

• End users support
• Troubleshooting incidents, software and hardware
• Resolution of software and hardware issues (laptop, desktop, printers)
• Installation and configuration of laptops
• Software issues for inhouse applications
• Organizing, analyzing and handling of tickets in the IT ticketing tool
• Quick analysis and incident management, close collaboration with expert team
• Preparing new and repaired hardware
• Staging laptops and PC's with SCCM
• Windows 10 troubleshooting
• Preparation of conference rooms and management meetings
